Located in Sirkeci, Istanbul, overlooking the Golden Horn, this project involves the renovation of a 17-room hotel. The existing building, whose structural frame remained viable, was stripped back to its reinforced concrete structure and reconfigured to meet contemporary needs. A new design concept was developed through the use of modern materials and a renewed spatial organization. On the ground floor, the lobby and restaurant are integrated within a single space. The upper floors accommodate three standard guest rooms per floor, while the top floor features rooms with terraces overlooking the Golden Horn.
