YS House is a residential renovation project in Erenköy, Istanbul, involving the reconfiguration of an existing home to meet new needs and requirements. Located on the top floor of an apartment building, the two-storey residence was redesigned through structural and spatial modifications to create more spacious and functional interiors. The new layout is shaped around the occupants’ needs, with a focus on improving spatial flow and usability. Simple, contemporary design principles guide the detailing and material selection, creating a cohesive interior that balances functionality with a clean, modern aesthetic.
